You have a great idea. Is it possible? Is it practical?
Sometimes a single technical point needs to be addressed. This might mean a simple series of experiments. Other times, the question may be broader - for example, estimating the scope of restructuring or extending an application. Getting the answer(s) is very similar to addressing a new project - and is often the precursor to starting one. The requirements have to be laid out, some design, prototyping and testing may also be needed. |
